Backed by more than 10 years’ industry experience, we service the following caravan brands:

If you don't see your brand listed, give us a call to see how we can help.

  • How often should I get my caravan serviced?

We recommended servicing your caravan every 10,000kms. If you are not a frequent user, we recommend every 12 months as a minimum. We also highly suggest servicing new second-hand vans.

  • Can't I take my caravan to a regular car mechanic?

We do not recommend that you have your caravan serviced or repaired by anyone who is not licensed and certified to do so. Caravan servicing is a specialised area of the automotive industry, and not everyone is qualified to provide this kind of service. Additionally, if your caravan service or repair is in connection with an insurance claim, an insurance company can deny your application if you do not use an authorised caravan repairer. Don’t take unnecessary chances with your caravan—book an appointment with Dan and the experts at Hanson Caravan Service & Repairs.

  • How much will it cost to service my caravan?

Costs for servicing will vary and depends entirely on the work we must do. For example, routine maintenance will have a different cost than servicing that involves repair or replacing parts. The best thing to do is to call us and book an appointment to bring your caravan in. We can discuss the service that you are interested in and give you a competitive quote—and no work begins without your permission and your full understanding of the cost involved.

  • I have a caravan that is not listed on your website. Can you still help me?

Yes, at Hanson Caravans we service all makes and models of caravans, get in contact for further information.

  • Do you do caravan registrations?

No but we do all necessary work to make you caravan road worthy and ready for inspection including supply and fitting of tyres. We can also point you in the right direction for registrations.

  • My batteries aren't working, do they need to be replaced?

Great question, if your batteries are low or losing charge we can test to determine if batteries need to be reconditioned or replaced.

Best way to keep your batteries in top condition is to regularly charge and keep above 12v (never let your battery drop below 12v). Contact us for more information on how to best maintain for your batteries.
